We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with deep expertise in SAP data architecture and Power BI dashboard development. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex enterprise data and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and modeling large-scale data from SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW) and building intuitive, actionable Power BI reports for cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Extraction &
- ETL:

Design and maintain robust ETL pipelines to extract data from SAP tables (e.g., BKPF, BSEG, VBAK, VBAP, MARA) and SAP BW/HANA views into Power BI.

- Data Modeling &

- DAX:

Build efficient, scalable relational data models (Star/Snowflake schema) in Power BI using advanced DAX calculations, calculated columns, and measures.

- Dashboard &

- Report Design:

Create interactive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards, reports, and visual stories aligned with business KPIs and UI/UX best practices.

- Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI report performance and direct query/import modes when handling massive SAP datasets.

- Business Analysis &

- Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with business teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations) to gather requirements, define metrics, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Data Governance &

- Security:





Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance by implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI and adhering to company data governance standards.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.

- SAP Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, or PP) and experience querying SAP tables, CDS views, or SAP BW queries.

- Power BI Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query (M Language), and advanced DAX.

- Connector Knowledge: Experience using SAP connectors (e.g., SAP HANA DirectQuery, SAP Business Warehouse connector, Azure Data Factory, or Third-Party SAP extractors like CData/Simba).

- SQL &
- Analytical Skills:

Proficient in SQL for data manipulation, validation, and complex querying.

- Communication: Solid ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Azure Data Lake, Synapse, or Databricks for staging SAP data before Power BI ingestion.

- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or ABAP.

- Power BI or Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).

Pay: ₹305,507.63 - ₹1,312,780.67 per year
