Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Fresher Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about data and eager to turn raw numbers into meaningful business insights. You’ll work with large datasets, create reports, and support decision-making processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.

- Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

- Assist in creating reports and data models to support business needs.

- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data.





- Work with different teams to understand their data requirements.

- Present data findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Maintain and update data systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of Excel and basic SQL.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).

- Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment.
