About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our healthcare analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of MS SQL, healthcare data modeling, and integration, along with strong statistical skills. In this role, you will be instrumental in building scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure to support healthcare data analytics initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include implementing automated system health checks, developing continuous integration pipelines, and providing guidance and training to team members. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale US healthcare datasets, contribute to value-based care initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that influence healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field.

7+ years of hands-on experience in US healthcare analytics, including benefits, claims, and eligibility data.

Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating healthcare datasets.

Experience working with Snowflake, MySQL, and modern data warehousing concepts.





Familiarity with healthcare data modeling, integration, and ETL processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.

Experience creating process flows, data lineage diagrams, and system architecture visuals using tools like Microsoft Visio or draw.io.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex healthcare data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities Analyze large-scale US healthcare datasets, including claims, eligibility, provider, utilization, and quality data to support reporting and decision-making processes.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze healthcare data from relational databases.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and transformation to ensure accurate and reliable reporting aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Support healthcare data modeling and integration efforts by working with Snowflake, MySQL, and related platforms to develop data marts and analytics layers.

Collaborate with data engineering teams to facilitate reliable data ingestion from source systems such as claims processing and provider systems.

Support analytics initiatives related to value-based care, population health, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.

Create process flows, data lineage diagrams, and system architecture visuals to document healthcare data workflows and business rules.





Standardize metrics and reporting methodologies in accordance with healthcare programs and regulatory frameworks.

Partner with stakeholders across Healthcare Operations, Finance, Clinical, Quality, and Compliance teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

Present findings, trends, and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
