Role and Responsibilities

- Gather data from primary and secondary sources to build and maintain reports, MIS, and data systems.

- Participate in data analysis to generate insights for reports and dashboards.

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.

- Clean and filter data by reviewing reports and MIS.

- Track employee training and certification lifecycles, including completion status and pending requirements.

- Build dashboards and conduct analysis to support training-related decisions.

- Identify and define opportunities to improve processes for report generation, MIS, and dashboards.

- Stay updated on and apply the latest data science developments relevant to reports, MIS, and dashboards.

- Provide technical support and cross-train team members.





- Ensure all reports are delivered accurately and on time.

Technical / Functional / Soft Skills:

- Bachelors degree in any field, degree in Mathematics and statistics is preferred

- 5+ years experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards is a must

- Certification in Data analytics or similar courses is a must.

- Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyses data

- Ability to meet timelines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a team workplace in a corporate setting
