About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in healthcare data modeling and integration, SQL, and statistical analysis to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure, implementing system health monitoring, and developing continuous integration pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze large-scale healthcare datasets, derive actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives related to value-based care, population health, and operational efficiency.

Your expertise will help enhance our data-driven decision-making capabilities and ensure the integrity and accuracy of healthcare reporting processes. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience working with US healthcare datasets, including advantages, claims, and eligibility data, is essential. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large healthcare datasets is required, along with familiarity with modern data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and MySQL.





Experience in creating healthcare process and data flow documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio or draw.io is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills, coupled with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A solid understanding of healthcare business rules, metrics, and reporting frameworks will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities The key responsibilities for this role include analyzing and reporting on large-scale healthcare datasets, including claims, eligibility, provider, utilization, and quality data. You will write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze healthcare information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Supporting healthcare data modeling and integration efforts, you will collaborate with data engineering teams to facilitate the reliable ingestion and processing of data from various source systems such as claims processing platforms, provider databases, and eligibility feeds.

You will also contribute to healthcare analytics initiatives focused on improving value-based care, population health management, quality improvement, and operational efficiency. Creating detailed process maps, data lineage diagrams, and system architecture visuals using tools like Microsoft Visio or draw.io will be part of your responsibilities. You will document healthcare business rules, data definitions, and reporting methodologies, supporting the standardization of metrics aligned with healthcare programs and compliance standards.

Additionally, you will partner with stakeholders from Healthcare Operations, Finance, Clinical, Quality,



and Compliance teams to understand their reporting needs and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams will be integral to driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.
