The Dark Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations while ensuring exceptional customer experience through operational excellence.

- tManage daily dark store operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch

- .Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to delivery SLAs

- .Monitor order flow andoptimize operational efficiency

- .Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks

n.Inventory & Quality Contro

- lMaintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits

- .Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and inventory hygiene

- .Minimize shrinkage, damages, expiries, and stock discrepancies

- .Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements

- ts3–6 years of experience in warehouse, retail, quick commerce, logistics, or dark store operation

- s.Proficiency with WMS,inventory tools, Excel, and operational dashboard

- s.Excellent leadership,problem-solving, and communication skill
