Profile Summary

We are seeking an experienced D365 Testing Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) and Customer Engagement (CE) testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating functional testing activities to ensure high-quality Dynamics 365 implementations. The role requires strong experience in test planning, defect management, regression testing, and collaboration with business and development teams in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end functional testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) and Customer Engagement (CE) applications.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business requirements.
- Validate business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and other D365 modules.
- Execute regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.




- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing after deployments.
- Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure software quality throughout the application lifecycle.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities.
