Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (FO). The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in D365 FO, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex ERP solutions. This role involves working closely with functional consultants, clients, and development teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design and development of customizations, integrations, and extensions in D365 FO.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain X++ code, SSRS reports, and data entities.

- Implement and manage integrations using OData, REST APIs, and Azure services.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.

- Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to technical documentation.

- Support deployment activities and post-go-live stabilization.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.





Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 FO technical development.

- Solid proficiency in X++, MorphX, and Visual Studio.

- Experience with D365 FO data model, workflows, and business processes.

- Hands-on experience with integrations (OData, REST, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform).

- Knowledge of LCS (Lifecycle Services), DevOps, and environment management.

- Experience with SSRS report development and data entity customization.

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to global implementations and multi-legal entity setups.
