About the Role

TechXR Innovations is building immersive AR/VR-powered devotional experiences and products. Our devotional D2C business is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial leader to own and scale the entire business.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll own the D2C P&L;, website, marketplaces, quick commerce, performance marketing, and customer growth. We're looking for someone who thinks like a founder, makes data-driven decisions, and can build and scale a profitable e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete D2C business P&L;, including revenue, margins, profitability, and growth.
- Drive business growth across the brand website, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms.
- Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates (CRO).
- Lead performance marketing across Google Ads and Meta Ads to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to scale revenue profitably.
- Manage pricing, promotions, customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.




- Build and manage a high-performing creative and marketing execution engine.
- Analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to define and execute business strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience managing a D2C e-commerce business with complete P&L; ownership.
- Demonstrated success in scaling a D2C brand with measurable business results.
- Strong experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce channels.
- Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital marketing, and growth strategy.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
