Our team builds hyper-targeted campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging social platforms — turning insights into conversion engines that drive measurable ROI. We operate with agility, obsession for metrics, and a relentless focus on growth.

Role & Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging platforms like Snapchat or Pinterest.

Monitor daily performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CAC) and make real-time bid, budget, and creative adjustments to hit KPIs.

Build audience segments using native platform tools (Custom Audiences, Lookalikes) and UTM-tagged links for granular campaign attribution.

Collaborate with creative teams to A/B test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages — driving incremental gains in conversion rate and engagement.





Prepare daily/weekly performance dashboards and present insights to internal stakeholders with explicit actionable recommendations.

Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts, policy updates, and emerging D2C marketing trends to maintain competitive edge.
