§We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with a robust background in Identity and Access Management and at least 7 years of professional experience, particularly with Microsoft Entra ID and Nix Auth. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and deliver strategic IAM solutions that align with business objectives

Responsibilities The ideal candidate will:

§ Oversee the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA). § Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality of IAM solutions. § Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Entra ID with various platforms, optimizing identity management and access security. § Develop and enforce identity governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. § Provide expert guidance and support to clients and stakeholders, addressing IAM challenges and requirements. § Manage and mentor IAM team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. § Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM infrastructure to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities. § Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in identity and access management and implement best practices. § Assist in business development efforts, including the preparation of proposals and presentations. Mandatory Certification Required:

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent are highly desirable

Technical Skills Required:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with significant expertise in Microsoft Entra ID. • Strong technical knowledge of Azure Active Directory, identity federation, and cloud security. • Demonstrated experience in project management and leading IAM initiatives for medium to large organizations • Demonstrable experience in IAM domain Management solution. • Understanding of Java/Python or any other programming language.



• Understanding of Code repository concepts and standard process (Git) • Experience in transitioning services from a implementation partner post deployment and operationalizing a IAM solution • Ability to work with multiple stake holders from Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers on deployment activities and enhancing the IAM solution. • Good Understanding of Operating systems, Database concepts and others potential targets or endpoints for a typical IAM Solution. • Good presentation and documentation skills Behavioral / team skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills • Ready to work in Shifts (on 3 shift rotation pattern) • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Desire to learn and contribute • Focused and self-motivated approach to work • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
