Job Summary

Sahaj Oil & Food Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Customer Support Trainer & Quality Auditor to join our Customer Support team. The candidate will be responsible for training customer support executives, monitoring customer interactions, conducting quality audits, and improving overall customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Training:

- Conduct onboarding and process training for current Customer Support Executives.

- Provide regular refresher training based on performance gaps.

- Train employees on communication skills, customer handling, product knowledge, and company processes.

- Prepare training materials, assessments, and practical exercises.

- Identify individual and team training requirements.

- Track training effectiveness and employee improvement.

Quality Audit:

- Monitor and audit customer calls,



chats, and other customer interactions.

- Evaluate calls based on defined quality parameters and SOPs.

- Identify errors, process gaps, communication issues, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.

- Share feedback with Customer Support Executives and Team Leaders.

- Conduct calibration sessions to maintain consistent quality standards.

- Track repeated errors and recommend corrective actions.

- Coordinate with the Customer Support and Management teams to improve CSAT and service quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
