Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist role based in Chennai. The specialist will greet customers, respond to inquiries about products, sizing, and availability, and provide guidance to help customers select suitable club and party wear.
Daily tasks include managing in-person and phone queries, handling basic technical support related to billing or point-of-sale issues, and documenting customer feedback. The role involves supporting exchanges and returns, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with the sales and store team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
The specialist will also assist with inventory checks and help keep the showroom organized and presentable.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering a positive in-store experience.
