About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Support Intern to handle customer calls, WhatsApp queries, follow-ups, and assist customers throughout their buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and queries.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Follow up with customers on enquiries and orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
- Assist in converting enquiries into orders.
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers and students with valuable communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
