Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Female) – Thane

We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Thane .

Location: Thane

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Eligibility:

- Female candidates only
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Client Coordination
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Robust problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely resolution of customer queries

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare basic reports and follow up on pending requests
