Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls and Chat support
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customers
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow process guidelines and company policies
- Maintain qualified communication with international customers
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (Min.1 Year Exp in International BPO/Customer Support)
- Good English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
