Student Success & Customer Support Intern

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and coordinate with prospective students (leads) and guide them through the course enrollment process.
- Explain course details, resolve student queries, and provide timely support through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build strong relationships with students by ensuring a smooth onboarding and learning experience.
- Follow up with students regarding admissions, pending documentation, and fee payments.
- Share class recordings and other learning resources with students after each session.
- Coordinate and schedule online classes, webinars, and other student engagement events.
- Assist in scheduling social media content including reels, videos, and educational posts.




- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth course delivery.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English (Mandatory).
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp, Email, etc.).
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Students, freshers, and part-time candidates are welcome to apply.
