Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain company products and services to customers
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
- Assist customers with queries related to Financial Services, Broking, RTA, Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, and other investment products
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer engagement and conversions
- Conduct client meetings and presentations (virtual and in-person)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system

Preferred Candidate

- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
- Freshers to experienced candidates are welcome
- Experience in tele calling, customer support, or financial services will be an added advantage
- Confident and customer-focused approach
- Robust convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers professionally over calls
