Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports on customer interactions.

Requirements




- Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer support, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work independently from home.
- Laptop and a stable internet connection are required.
