About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join the at 1Point1 Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy engaging with customers to promote Samsung products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers and promote Samsung products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Accurately update customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.




- Strong sales aptitude with convincing and negotiation skills.
- Prior BPO/Tele Sales experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply (as per process eligibility).
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Compensation

Samsung Outbound Process

- Freshers: ₹22,000 Take Home
- Experienced: ₹25,000 Take Home

Samsung VP Process

- Freshers: ₹30,000 CTC
- Experienced: ₹35,000 CTC
