Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator

PEXA Car Care is looking for a confident, mature, and resilient Franchise Coordinator to handle existing franchisee queries, complaints, and operational escalations.

It is a problem-solving and relationship-management role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle demanding and difficult franchise partners professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for existing PEXA Car Care franchise partners
- Handle franchisee queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Manage high-pressure conversations with dissatisfied or demanding franchisees.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing) to resolve issues
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely closure




- Escalate critical matters to management with factual analysis and recommendations

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam
- Proven ability to handle hard customers and conflict situations
- Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills
- High emotional intelligence, patience, and resilience

Preferred Qualifications

- 2–5 years’ experience in:
- Franchise management
- Customer grievance handling
- Operations or relationship management
- Experience in automotive, service industry, or franchising preferred
- Graduate / post-graduate preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
