Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction through excellent service and timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned clients.

- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure timely delivery of services.

- Manage client accounts and address any issues or concerns promptly.

- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports.





- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a client-facing role (e.g., account executive, customer success, etc.).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in [industry, e.g., IT services, advertising, etc.].

- Knowledge of client management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
