We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process with a leading organisation. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving service-related concerns, assisting with requests, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries.
- Assist customers with service requests, order-related concerns, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Update CRM/ticketing systems with accurate customer interactions.
- Handle escalations professionally and maintain service quality.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet assigned performance targets.

Eligibility:




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM systems.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in UK/US shifts.
- Comfortable working from office in Bangalore.
