Job Summary
We are looking for a Support Executive with excellent Telugu communication skills to handle customer queries, provide timely support, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should be patient, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with users over calls, emails, or chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and support requests primarily in Telugu
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Log, track, and update support tickets in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications Language & Communication:
- Fluency in Telugu(mandatory) – spoken
- Working knowledge of English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Tamil or other regional languages is an added advantage
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to understand and explain products/services clearly
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Education
- Any graduate / diploma (relevant experience preferred)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
