- Handle customer queries through calls/chat/email.
- Assist with hotel and flight bookings.
- Handle cancellations, modifications and refund-related queries.
- Resolve booking, payment, hotel and travel issues.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines and internal teams when required.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and meet quality/productivity targets.
- Follow company policies and escalation procedures.
Skills required:
- Excellent English communication.
- Customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotational/night shifts for international processes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
