We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to build solid relationships with customers and ensure a smooth experience throughout their journey with Mercy Appliances—from enquiry and purchase to installation, service, and after-sales support. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates.

Coordinate with the sales, installation, service, and operations teams to resolve customer requirements. Follow up on orders, deliveries, installations, and pending service requests. Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details. Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customers are satisfied with products and services.

Encourage satisfied customers to share genuine feedback and Google reviews.
