Hiring for Customer Support Associate,

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls for an international voice process.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in an International Voice process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and offs.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Interview Rounds

- HR Round
- Operations Round
- Client Round

Shifts & Working Days

- 5.5 days working
- Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

Cab Facility

- Males: ₹180 per night shift (cab allowance)
- Females: One-sided cab facility during odd hours

Assessment

- Versant: C1 – US Voice (Mandatory)
