About PracticeStacks is a practice management platform for CA, CS, CMA and tax firms — leads, proposals, onboarding, work management and billing in one place. Built by practising professionals. We're early, with our first cohort of firms coming on board.

What you'll do

- Run product demos for CA firm owners and partners
- Onboard current firms: data migration, user setup, first workflows configured
- Drive activation — make sure firms actually run live work in the first 30 days, not just log in
- Hold fortnightly feedback calls with design-partner firms; write up what you hear
- Own the feedback loop to product: what's breaking, what's missing, what nobody uses
- Build help docs, walkthrough videos and an onboarding checklist
- Track renewals and flag churn risk early

Who we're looking for

- CA/CS/CMA Inter, dropout, or B.Com/M.Com with 1–3 years in a professional firm
- You've worked inside a practice and know how a firm runs — client onboarding,



filing calendars, billing follow-ups
- Comfortable on video calls with senior professionals
- Fluent English and Marathi; Hindi useful
- Curious about software. No coding needed; you'll be hands-on in the product daily

Nice to have

- Used practice management or accounting software (Zoho, Tally, Winman, Genius, Jamku)
- Wrote SOPs or trained juniors at a previous firm

Why this role Direct work with the founder, a practising CA. You'll shape a product used by firms across India, and see your feedback ship. Early team at a product that's just started scaling.

- Two notes on hiring: screen with a live demo , not an interview — give them the product for 48 hours and have them demo it back to you as if you're a two-partner firm. And articled assistants finishing training in Nov–Dec are your best pool; that transition window is when they're deciding whether to go back to practice.
