We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and ensuring every family has a positive experience with our academy.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve parent concerns in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Track student attendance and proactively reconnect with inactive students.
- Improve student retention through timely communication and relationship management.
- Handle renewals and guide parents throughout their learning journey.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Relations, Parent Relations, or a similar customer-facing role.




- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Calm, composed, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with parents over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

Important Information
- This is a Work from Office position based in Ahmedabad.
- A mandatory 15-month Service Agreement (Bond) is applicable for this role. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this commitment.
