Customer Care Executive D2C Manesar – Freshers/1+ Years

Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Care Executive with 1+ years of experience in customer care, customer support, or a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written English communication skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and basic digital proficiency. Experience with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, email communication, and CRM tools will be preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Handling customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
2. Providing accurate information on products, orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
3. Resolving customer concerns professionally and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinating with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
5. Maintaining customer records and updating interactions in the CRM system.
6. Responding to customer emails with proper grammar and professional etiquette.
7. Managing customer conversations through WhatsApp Business.
8. Assisting customers with order tracking and after-sales support.
9. Following up on pending customer requests in a timely manner.
10. Maintaining a positive and skilled brand image across customer interactions.

Requirements

1. Possessing 1+ years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role.
2. Demonstrating excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
3. Having strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
4. Possessing basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.




5. Having basic knowledge of Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and email writing.
6. Being comfortable learning and working with CRM tools.
7. Demonstrating strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
8. Holding 10+2 or graduation in any discipline.
9. Being customer-centric and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
10. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
