Customer Success Engineer (Data & Automation)

Location: Gurugram/Noida (Onsite), 5 days/week

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer/Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to enterprise customers , troubleshoot production issues , and ensure seamless operation of cloud-based applications . You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for enterprise customers.
- Investigate incidents using application logs , SQL queries , and monitoring tools .
- Perform Root Cause Analysis ( RCA ) and drive issue resolution.
- Support REST APIs , webhooks , integrations , and authentication workflows .
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to resolve customer-reported issues.
- Manage customer onboarding , technical implementations , and ongoing production support .
- Create and maintain technical documentation,



troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while adhering to SLAs .

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Support, Customer Success Engineering, or Application Support.
- Strong understanding of SQL and REST APIs .
- Experience with Postman , webhooks , and API troubleshooting .
- Experience with scripting using Python or JavaScript .
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS , GCP , or Azure .
- Familiarity with Linux , application logs , and production incident management .
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or similar.
- Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
