? What You'll Do

- Be the primary point of contact for learners and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and helping them achieve success.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve the overall customer journey.
- Proactively engage with learners to drive product adoption and maximize value.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
- Track customer feedback and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor key customer success metrics and contribute to business growth.





? Who We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, Customer Experience, or Relationship Management .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi .
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is an added advantage.
