Role & responsibilities:

· Convert incoming order request Via calls

· Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems.

· Handle and resolve customer complaints in a skilled and empathetic manner, aiming for first-contact conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

· Must be ok with US shift hours

· Experience in Sales process

· Excellent spoken & writing communication

· Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
