? What You’ll Do

- ? Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- ? Understand issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
- ? Guide customers through product features and usage
- ?️ Troubleshoot and escalate technical/product-related issues
- ?️ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and tickets
- ? Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social platforms
- ? Follow up to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
- ? Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Tech teams
- ? Contribute ideas to improve the customer support experience

? What We’re Looking For




- ? Graduation (must be completed)
- ?‍? Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or similar role
- ?️ Proficiency in Hindi & English (mandatory)
- ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ? Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools is a plus
- ? Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- ? Calm, patient, and customer-first mindset
