We are hiring a customer service manager. We need a bright & positive person who can assist with HR work, managing customer calls & servicing team.

Main Role & Responsibilities

Calling customers to get feedback on products.

Calling & finding distributors

Managing other operational work

Detailed

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product, listening to their feedback.
- Answer questions about products or the company if asked by customers.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” and contact distributors
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month (depending upon experience)
