Job Summary:

MYG is looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently. The role involves calling customers, collecting feedback, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call customers for follow-ups, feedback, and support
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain polite and skilled communication
- Record customer responses and update reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely support

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer concerns patiently
- Prior customer service experience is an added advantage
