Role Description The Customer Service Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about services, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

The Customer Service

Executive will handle complaint escalation, maintain customer records, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and service continuity. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, updating ticket or case logs, and adhering to service standards and response timelines. The role also requires contributing to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and suggesting enhancements in service processes.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust, communicate clearly,



and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Proven ability in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate, timely assistance.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to monitor service quality, manage escalations, and support retention efforts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with a courteous and empathetic approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in HR consulting, staffing, or service-oriented industries.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
