Role Description The Customer Service Captain is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for overseeing daily guest interactions, ensuring prompt and courteous service across all customer touchpoints.

Tasks include greeting and assisting guests, handling inquiries and concerns, coordinating with service staff to resolve issues, and monitoring service standards to enhance overall customer experience. The role also involves maintaining transparent communication channels,



updating records of customer feedback, and supporting training efforts to improve service quality and consistency.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage guest expectations and follow up on concerns.
- Excellent communication standards, including professional Phone Etiquette and clear, respectful interaction with guests.
- Experience enhancing Customer Experience through attentive service and proactive problem-solving.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or a similar customer-centric environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including evenings, weekends, and peak business hours as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, calm under pressure, and capable of guiding and supporting service teams.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS or CRM systems is an advantage.
