Role Description:

This is a full-time in office role located in Madurai for a Customer Relations Manager. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supporting project management efforts, coordinating with different teams, and providing clients with project progress updates.



The individual will also ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams and identify opportunities to enhance client experiences. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain and grow client partnerships effectively.

Required Skills:

- Any UG Degree, MBA., Preferred.
- Minimum 2 + Years Experience Required.
- Must have Good Communication in both Tamil and English.
- Having estimation preparation and BOQ analysis skills.
- Experience in maintaining customer records and databases.
- Experience in the Customer Cold-Calls and Team handling.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills, including client interaction and resolution of concerns.
- Ability to handle feedback, evaluate client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively within teams to meet client expectations.
