About the Role

Houssed Technologies is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships throughout the property transaction journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience handling customer queries, documentation, payments, and possession-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project-related queries, documentation, payments, and possession.

- Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.

- Track and maintain accurate records of booking details, agreements, payment schedules, outstanding payments, and customer documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, sales teams, legal teams, and other stakeholders to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, payments, agreements, and other requirements.

- Provide timely updates to customers regarding project progress, possession schedules, and related processes.





- Maintain customer records and ensure all information is updated accurately in the CRM/system.

- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the transaction.

- Prepare regular reports and updates related to customer status, payments, documentation, and pending actions.

- Ensure timely closure of customer queries and follow-ups.

Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, real estate CRM, customer service, or a similar role.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.

- Valuable attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation and payment records.

- Experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.

- Candidates should be comfortable working from Andheri West, Azadnagar, Mumbai.
