Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.

- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Conduct customer follow-up calls after vehicle purchase and service.

- Record customer feedback and maintain accurate CRM records.

- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

- Support Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) initiatives and dealership quality standards.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and customer lounge.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, front office, or the automotive industry preferred.





- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

- Well-groomed, confident, and professional.

- Prepare basic customer feedback and follow-up reports.

- Assist in customer engagement activities, events, and vehicle delivery programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
