Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and increasing product awareness within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.

Conduct regular field visits and product presentations.

Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

Ensure product availability through distributors and stockists.

Prepare daily call reports, expense reports, and sales updates.

Participate in CMEs, conferences,



and promotional activities organized by the company.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field (preferred).

0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers may also apply, depending on the role).

Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
