Roles & Responsibilities

As an Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete investor engagement lifecycle—from initial inquiry to successful investment.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound investor leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

● Follow up consistently with prospective investors to answer queries and move them through the investment funnel.

● Schedule meetings and investment discussions between investors and the leadership team.

● Maintain an organized pipeline of investor leads and update the CRM with every interaction.

● Build strong relationships with existing and potential investors through regular communication.

● Convert qualified investor leads into successful investments by understanding their requirements and addressing concerns.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely sharing of investment decks, financial documents, and other required information.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and investment conversions.

● Ensure a seamless and professional investor experience throughout the investment journey.

● Comfortable making high-volume follow-up calls and messages.

● Ability to manage multiple investor conversations simultaneously.

● Experience using CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Excel.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

● 1–3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Sales, Business Development, Wealth Management, Banking, or a similar client-facing role.

● Experience working with startups, fundraising, or investment products is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Number of investor calls completed per day.

● Follow-up response rate.

● Meetings scheduled with investors.

● Investor-to-meeting conversion rate.

● Meeting-to-investment conversion rate.

● Total investment value closed.

● CRM data accuracy and follow-up compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
