Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing patients.
- Welcome and communicate with patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer concerns, requirements, and feedback.
- Handle patient/customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, pending treatments, and future visits.
- Call patients who have missed, cancelled, or postponed appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with inactive and existing customers.
- Encourage patients to return for regular dental check-ups and follow-up visits.
- Coordinate with the dentist, reception, patient counsellor, and other team members to ensure smooth patient service.
- Collect and maintain patient feedback and identify areas for improvement.




- Handle complaints professionally and escalate serious concerns to management.
- Maintain accurate customer/patient records and communication history.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer follow-ups, appointments, feedback, and retention.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and clinic information.
- Support the clinic in improving customer satisfaction and patient retention.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers even after treatment completion

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
