Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Update customer records in the CRM system.
- Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
- Prepare CRM reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and high customer satisfaction.
- Support customer retention and identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
