Job Summary

Sign Restaurant is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer interactions, maintain excellent service standards, and build strong relationships with guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain positive relationships with regular and new customers.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to resolve customer requirements promptly.
- Follow up on customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in promoting restaurant services, offers, and special promotions.
- Maintain proper records of customer feedback and interactions.




- Support the restaurant team in maintaining a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or the F&B; industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Candidates who can speak English and Malayalam are preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
