Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in customer relationship management or retail is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them with their shopping experience.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.




- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
- Promote ongoing schemes and offers to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and analyze customer databases.
- Coordinate home delivery services and ensure smooth operations.
- Collect customer feedback and help improve service quality.
- Coordinate with merchandising teams regarding customer preferences and new product requirements.
