Role & responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of client requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities when required.

- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts for management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of experience in B2B sales or customer relationship management.

- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
