The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer queries, and coordinating with Sales and Service teams to provide a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

- Make follow-up calls to customers after vehicle sales and service visits.

- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Insurance, Finance, and other departments.

- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.

- Schedule service appointments and follow up on service requirements.

- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.

- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/DMS systems.





- Update customer information, follow-up status, and call details regularly.

- Inform customers about service due dates, offers, campaigns, and dealership activities.

- Monitor pending customer issues and ensure timely closure.

- Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer calls, follow-ups, appointments, and complaints.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.

- Follow dealership policies and customer-handling standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
