We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer relationships, membership services, bookings, and official communications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, respond promptly to customer queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking.

Customer Support

- Handle all customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Respond to customer queries politely, professionally, and without delay.

Membership Management

- Handle membership-related calls and follow-ups.
- Explain membership advantages, usage, renewal process, and policies.
- Assist members with renewals, upgrades, and account-related requests.
- Maintain accurate member records and update customer information regularly.

Booking Management

- Process room and resort bookings as per customer requests.
- Coordinate with properties to confirm reservations.
- Maintain updated room tariffs, offers, and package details.

Email & Documentation
- Manage the company's official email account.
- Respond to emails professionally and within the expected response time.
- Prepare booking confirmations, quotations, acknowledgements,



and other customer communications.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and correspondence.

Performance Expectations

- Respond to customer calls and emails promptly.
- Ensure timely booking confirmations and follow-ups.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Keep membership records and tariff details updated.
- Coordinate effectively with all departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain professionalism in every customer interaction.

Working Hours 9 Am to 6 PM

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
